
prehistoric moulds - understanding ice age art
The exhibition "Urformen - Eiszeitkunst begreifen", which is being shown at the Archaeological State Collection in Munich, consists of the Ulm travelling exhibition "Urformen - Figürliche Eiszeitkunst Europas" with a supplementary section from the Württemberg State Museum in Stuttgart. Based on the well-known finds from the caves of the Swabian Alb, 23 carved Ice Age artworks from well-known European archaeological sites can also be experienced up close. Interactive stations offer insights into the reality of life in the Palaeolithic Age. A part of the exhibition is inclusive.
