guided tours with the museum team
Nobody knows the archaeological objects in our museum as well as the team of academics who have been working with and researching these finds for years. On several dates throughout the year, you can look forward to special guided tours of the museum, presented with passion and packed with background information. Under the motto "In demand!", there is a lively exchange between the experts and our visitors. The guided tours are aimed at individuals or small groups, but not at larger groups.

Sunday tours with the Munich Adult Education Centre
The Munich Adult Education Centre and its team give guided tours of the museum every Sunday at 2 pm. Please refer to the VHS programme for detailed information. Museum admission is payable at the museum. Bookings can be made directly via the MVHS website.
Standard guided tours for groups
On request, we will be happy to organise a guided tour for you from our pool of freelance guides. Standard tours are possible with a minimum of eight and a maximum of 20 participants plus guide and must be booked at least 10 working days before the desired date. Weekdays
60 minutes: 85 euros (plus admission) | Foreign languages 95 euros (plus admission)
Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays
60 minutes: 95 euros (plus admission) | foreign languages 105 euros (plus admission)
Foreign languages: English, Spanish, Italian (other foreign languages possible on request).
Cancellation conditions: Cancellations made less than two working days before the booked date will be charged in full. Attention: Cancellations are only possible in writing!
Please note: These are not offers specially tailored to the target group of young people/schools. These can be found at the Museum Education Centre (MPZ).
