Boxing basics training with a BOXWERK coach – for superheroes (aged 16 and over)

Boxing basics such as footwork, arm-leg coordination and basic punches are taught in a playful way. A coach from BOXWERK-GYM will show you the first moves and tricks, giving you a little insight into the sport of boxing.
